Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully !
Your party
The number of persons in any caravan (including babies)
must not exceed the total number of berths of the caravan booked.
The caravan must only be used by the people named on your booking form.
You are not allowed to share the accommodation or let anyone else stay.
The party must remain as stated, unless an alteration,
has been approved by the management.
Any member of the party who has recently suffered from,
or been in contact with an infectious disease
should seek a doctor’s advice prior to beginning their holiday.
All male, all female, parties where all guests are under 21, or large non-family parties
are not accepted and will be turned away without a refund.
The management is not responsible for accidental personal injury
or for loss or damage to you or your party’s property.
ALL CARAVANS ARE NON-SMOKING
This includes smoking in the doorways or out of the windows.
No dogs or other pets are permitted on the park or in the caravans.
Your ferry booking
The ferry crossing is booked for your convenience and is the customer’s responsibility.
Some crossings we offer have an increased price shown (115*) on our pricelist

All ferry prices quoted are based on the times booked,
with a standard car less than 5.5m long and 2.26m high, with a maximum of 6 persons.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your sailing time to allow for boarding the ferry.
Additional charges can occur for early or late travel times, Fuel surcharges, Roof racks,
top boxes, bike racks or additional people. There is a ferry cancellation charge of £15.00.
Arrival & departures
On arrival at Fort Holiday Park
A credit /debit card impression (or £20 cash)
will be taken for each caravan as a security bond against the following :-
Lost keys, damage, Smoking inside the caravan or leaving a dirty caravan.
Linen must be used on the beds.
It is not supplied in the caravan price.
It can be hired at £7.50 per bed or bring your own.
A charge for the cleaning of the duvets, mattress covers and pillows
will be levied if no linen was used.
Arrival times are between 3pm and 6pm.
Please telephone reception if you are going to be later than 6pm.
We can store suitcases or you can park your car until 3pm if you require.
No guests will be permitted to collect their keys after 10pm
All departures by 10am
The caravan must be left clean and tidy, All items replaced in cupboards and all keys returned. Any damage reported and paid for before departure.
The caravan will be checked within 24 hours of your departure.
Your card impression slip will then be destroyed by cross shredder.
Payment
Cheques, postal orders and most credit/debit cards are accepted
The balance, payable to Fort Holiday Park, must be paid
6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
This is not taken automatically all card details are removed from our computer system.
No reminders will be sent.
Failure to pay could result in your holiday being cancelled.
Cancellations
Holiday travel and cancellation insurance is highly advisable.
We deal with Rothwell & Towler 0845 90 80 161 or at www.guestfirst.co.uk.
A leaflet will be posted with your receipt for your holiday deposit.
The management reserves the right to cancel a booking and refund any monies paid in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or “act of god”

The management has the right to terminate occupation in the event of intolerable nuisance or damage with no refund.
To cover the cost of processing your cancellation
we make a cancellation charge as follows:
